Hi Elizabeth,

This is a link to the opening hours on the official website.

It is not 100% clear, but as far as I can tell the church is open from 7:30am to 8pm every day, however “the throne of our Lady” (I imagine this refers to the seat of the Black Madonna) is not accessible between 10:30 and noon every day. That tallies with my last visit, when our tour had to leave the church and come back after noon.

So yes I do believe that you can view the Black Madonna between noon and 6pm on Sunday and any other day. As always you may have to queue with other pilgrims if you want to approach the statue.
