Gaudi’s Pedrera: The Origins
January 1 - December 31
| €39The legendary Casa Mila (aka La Pedrera) opens its doors at night, throughout 2024, to any curious traveller who wants to experience this iconic mansion in a new way.
Gaudi’s Pedrera: The Origins is a startling, kaleidoscopic audiovisual show, which is projected onto the famous chimneys of the building’s unforgettable, undulating rooftop. The show paints a visual story of Gaudi’s inspiration and his obsession with nature, and is enjoyed al fresco (so bring a scarf!) with a glass of Catalan champagne and confectionery.
A ticket to the show also includes a semi-guided night tour (in English) of this unique, UNESCO-listed building, which is known as La Pedrera due to its quarry-like façade. And if you’ve never seen it before, the sinuous stonework, organic interior decor and impressive stairwells will definitely boggle your mind.
You can book the 90 minute experience . Depending on the time of the year there are two or three different start times a night, so just choose the one that suits you when you buy your ticket.
The show often sells out, so best to book your tickets in advance.
